Pros:
Compact & slim @ 132.4 x 65.5 x 6.7 mm
Metal frame
Light 115 g
12 MP
Removable battery
New color (silver) > like it :)
Cons:
Small battery
No microSD
No FM radio
No qualcomm processor although the new Exynos 5430 support LTE

Not a Samsung fan but this is a big improvement over the normal stuff (even though it looks the same in general there is just a better sense of quality).

I just can't see the Alpha being that battery friendly but time will tell in battery reviews. If GSM arena get close to 75 hours on their test I'll be impressed.

Looks like an S5 with a metal frame and lower specs but a more elegant wallpaper, other than that,no improvements whatsoever nor anything to write home about.
Methinks it's to address some who complained about the looks of the S5 when first released even more than try and compete for Top Spot with next iPhone.
Probably an excellent phone but no better than so many others out there.

They've compromised the battery by making it super thin an extra mm or to would allow for a larger battery without spoiling the looks that much.
