Just tell pls which one is the most high end phone betweem galaxy Alpha and galaxy A8? If the galaxy A8 get mm update before Galaxy Alpha. Im damn sure samsung fool us. They must mm update before galaxy Alpha cox its a high end phone of 2014.

      Samsung confirmed MM update for almost 6-7months or so and Till today no confirmation.
      Maximum no of peoples want MM update and according to you I only can say that--We "prefer" MM update that of Lolipop.
      Nowadays Android version update facilities is important to us.And for this reason other company like Htc lg sony is much better position.

        Now,this is July month and everyone know that samsung roll out the MM update by june'16 as...is it really happen??
        Hay guys,anyone got that update before the july'16??
        I think samsung just fool us.S5 is getting upadte version of MM probably a month or two before but Alpha didn't and I sure that I'll be not receive any update till August or more.
        Sony Lg is much much better than Samsung.

The June 2016 was an ESTIMATION ("ETA") not an obligation. It's safe to assume that it will be updated this month or within the next couple of months.

              I am still possitive about this phone. Lolipop update is good but THE BATTERY sucks so hard on this OS. I had received lolipop in december 2015 :)) so there is still time till samsung android N. But this phone probably i am gonna use it 3 years. My hope is that MM will repair the battery backup. Just 30 min of usage and 20% battery drain :(

                Whats the fuck? Still there is no mm update for galaxy Alpha. There is a word that galaxy alpha will get mm update in june 2016 but its almost july 04. Is samsung playing with us. Galaxy alpha is a high end phone..... j5.j7.A7 got mm update.....

I don't think so,the last ... moreIt doesn't matter what you "think", the fact is that Samsung approved the Android M update for Galaxy Alpha, with ETA (estimated time of arrival) June 2016. Obviously, as always, it's delayed, but it will be released eventually. I prefer delayed firmware over broken firmware, like most other companies'.

                    I don't think so,the last update it received is a year ago.
                    According to the span of handset's life it is more than a decades.Nowadays a person change his/her phone very often,so if we consider this thing this time is equal to decades.And in the other hand Galaxy S5 is getting Android M and it's older than Alpha.
                    J7,J5,A7 etc many other handsets also received Android M which are much much lower specs and price than Alpha.
                    And one more thing,you are Wright that samsung has confirm that it'll receive M and I'm sawing this on samsung offiacial site more than 5-6months but not happen so on actual practice.

I fully trust antutu 6 because it really became an accurate benchmark today which shows real life performance pretty good. My M4 Aqua scores at 30'000 points, same as my iPhone 5 which I used before and sold (later I realized it was a fail sale to buy M4 Aqua and replace my iPhone with it). Galaxy Alpha scores about 55'000 points

                              Not all 64-bit chipsets are more powerful 32bit chipsets

                                  With much of sorrow,I want to say one thing A7,A5,J7,J5 etc are getting ANDROID M but ALPHA DON'T.. what a rubbish!
                                  But most importantly S5 also getting Android M.
