It really is a disaster that Samsung isn't rushing to update something that already works quite well, but everyone knows it will be updated eventually and most likely be quite stable, as Samsung's recent updates usually are. And while the already satisfied Galaxy Alpha users wait for the new version which has some nice but mostly not very important extras and changes, you'll keep telling them how sad it is that Samsung takes its time updating a very short-lived high-end compact model that makes up a very small percentage of the company's phones.

I'm satisfied for samsung but for update issue it is very much slow, which is notnot desirable from company like samsung.

I'm here to check for possible news from users regarding their region-specific Galaxy Alpha and to help users sometimes. You're here to tell users how much you're unsatisfied with Samsung. We get it. Samsung is bad because Galaxy Alpha is still not among the 5% of phones with the latest Android version. Yes. OK. Now what? Do you have anything else that may be of interest to Galaxy Alpha users or will you continue to tell them Samsung is bad?

Heres the thing i had a samsung s6 7 months ago it was smooth for games but for some reason it lagged a lot when scrolling on web pages on the internet. Now i bought this alpha and its smoother and faster in games than the s6. The alpha is also smoother on the internet much faster than the s6 and does not lag like the s6 when scrolling on web pages. I can only presume because the resolution of the Alpha screen is 720p it's less stress on the cpu and runs faster than the s6 which has a 1440p screen. Samsung released this and only sold it for about 8 months i reckon they new it was too fast and would takeaway from sales of the s6.
