My Alpha was working fine at start but now it seems to be crashing and freezing when using it ,anybody else got this issue and know how to fix it ? would be very glad if someone had a fix for this issue because apart from crashing ,it's a super phone

I bought my alpha in taiwan, nobody can fix it here in the philippines... Do you have idea of where am i going to fix my problem.on and off problem, and software may be... Could you assist and advce me on this ...where is the nearest international samsung center in makati?

bought my aplha from samsung ghana,it was on kitkat now running 5.0.2 ,it runs smooth and only one time charge a day with whatsapp and long calls. so far its a great device

Using Reliance jio 4G card on my Alpha G850y . Mobile data is working but voice calls isn't , plz help
