i love this phone and i want to but 2500mAh battery kit from us ,can anyone help me please.

Beware bait + switch. Can't speak for outside the US, but in US many e-tailers are advertising G850M (unlocked octa-core) but they ship you the G850A quad core LOCKED to ATT. Target.com and electronicsforce.com both sent me the A model. As soon as I returned to target, they took all Alpha models off their website. I have reports from 2 others that same thing happened to them (BestBuy.com and 1 other). The other strange thing is, the prices are all over the map. From under $200 to $600+ USD. I really like the specs on this phone. Too bad I can't actually find one.

Never update your phone alfa is high end device it wii be convert in mid range rs

Best devices ever !! I bought this phone 11 months now and im using it more than 9 hours a day at work and never say no !! Fantastic phone.

hish, 27 Aug 2015I'm using galaxy alpha from 12/2014 its excellent..only one... moreIt's been 10 months since i am using ALPHA & I didn't encounter any issues with the same. It's just flawless in each & every area; call quality is also nice.
Did you upgrade to lollipop ? if yes then it could be coz of bugs in lollipop 5.0.1.
However i am still using Kitkat which is flawless.

hish, 27 Aug 2015I'm using galaxy alpha from 12/2014 its excellent..only one... moreThis one is typical android problem , i had this same on my all other previous phones from Moto X (1 time in a week) , Galaxy s3 etc.
But on alpha , it occured only 1 time since Dec. 2014

I'm using galaxy alpha from 12/2014 its excellent..only one problem occurred with me 3 or 4 times that when i answer a call i can not hear...i have to restart

I am using Alfs since Feb'15 and my model is G850F. It is also upgraded to android 5.0.2. Last two days I am facing typical problem: when I insert SIM card, phone switches off and never turns on. If I remove SIM card, it works and I am able to use wifi, whatsapp etc., Any one faced similar problem, is yes how did you resolve it. Please help
