Anonymous, 05 May 2015Yes. Battery poor. Potential solutions to the battery shortage:
      *Get the 2500mah extended battery
*or get another 1860mah battery along with the white, little chamber-style charger. This equalls a whopping 3720mah!

I have my Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The phone is good. But the battery life is too short. I really have a talk time of 1.30 hrs daily. With mobile data off I have a battery backup for 12 hours. If my mobile data is on I have a backup for only 6-7 hrs and I have to recharge again. So during travel hours it is very tedious

It's because the Exynos version comes with ARM Cortex-A5 coprocessor which specialize in audio decode for better sound quality and voice recognition.

Shahid, 02 May 2015Hello there! I'm currently using Note 3 Sm-N900 updated to ... moreI used to have same note 3 like yours (exynos model without lte), now I have alpha: very good phone, battery life is shorter than note 3 but enough for daily usage, and having no sd card slot quite bothering me BUT if you need lte, then go for alpha, but otherwise, keeping note 3 would be better if you're heavy user or gamer..but it is up to you

Tip: The fingerprint scanner can be unreliable, but I got it working very good by saving the same finger 6 times.

I just noted that after updating chrome to latest version (42.0.2311.109) now it is supporting air view function in chrome browser also & back lit will never off or dim until you remove your finger over the screen or in other words when the back lit dim automatically (or about to off) then you can simply hover your finger over the screen & screen will automatically come to full brightness (whatsoever % of brightness that you have set for your device).

It's really nice i mean i don't have to press lock or home button every time to wake up the screen when using chrome.

Did anyone else notice the same out there ?

                                        Thanks,
                                        Prakhar
