Hello.
I bought Samsung Galaxy Alpha.
Before I bought this, I asked if it could go on Japanese.
Yes, it can all mobile now.
I got a new SIM card, and tried to get Japansk.Men, there I had to download. And could not switch on Japanese.
I discovered that all other Samsung galaxy can switch the Language to Japanese.
However, not Alpha. Can not use voice search on Japanese either.
It was disappointing.
I've used to find out Long Term.
So it's over 30days with Exchange Policy.
I'm a little disappointed mobile.
When I can not use the Japanese, it is not so much been.
I'm disappointed.
Can you help me?

I like the small size.
But with no memory card and only 32 Gb, it is NO buy for me...Will get the S6 64Gb instead.

Everyone will get Lollipop on 19-5-2015.Stopped the production and no consideration by Samsung.

Anyone know how to make a backup of the Alpha's kitkat?? Just in case lollipop comes with bugs...

No. last update was a minor system update (Size 0.59 Mb). However lollipop is being rolled out for Alpha in U.S by 15 April 2015. So it will be coming soon.
About gaming experience i would say it's a best device i have come across so far. You can play any high end games in high graphics settings without lagging also Graphics rendering is just superb.
I can assure you that ALPHA won't disappoint you at all when it comes to Gaming.
