Smart pause doesn't work on my 4 week old Alpha. I tried today for a first use but it doesn't work. Anyone has the same ptoblem?

Samsung also have released a 2500mAh Extended battery kit, slightly thicker so they also included a back cover for it. Combine this with alpha it will be a great phone.

Hey guys gsmarena says that alpha's screen has a yellow tint and some other sites r also saying this... Can u plz check this n tell me is it true?? Most of d sites r also saying that v can see pixeletion in alpha's display.. What do u say guys??..

Datbaty, 10 Mar 2015battery life is terrible Hi Datbaty..are you commenting base on your very owned experienced or from others? I am using this phone to date, i have no issues with this phone battery life..i guess you are a heavy user, demanding bigger battery to fulfill your usage..thanks..peace..

But it gives backup like any other good smartphone or you can say top class with such high configurations. The reason is processor of this phone. Samsung is using processor which is very powerful yet needs less battery juice. The processor is working at 20nm & it has HD display instead of full HD. jack, 07 Mar 2015some times it is generating more heat i dont' know why it... moreTry factory resetting. If that doesn't work, try reflashing the software with KIES or take it to a Best Buy. The Samsung team there can reflashing also. Lastly, try switching out the battery.

Georgia , 09 Mar 2015Is the camera any good??It's pretty decent. It has a 12MP camera, which is better than the S3 had but not as good as the S5. It's close to the S4 camera in terms of megapixels.

Everything about the phone is amazing except for one thing... The battery life. It is shockingly poor, I can barely get a days usage out of the device and that is with relatively low usage of it, the phone spends a lot of time in my pocket when i'm at work yet by the end of the day it needs charging majority of the time before I get home. A real injustice to an otherwise fabulous piece of tech from Samsung.
