An amazing phone for the money , especially since there are so many used phones out there. I have dropped this phone countless times in a lack luster plastic case and it "keeps on ticking'. It has every feature i needs as 'geezer user' though some of newern Samsung technology might be better for pulling in a weak signal a problem out hear in SW Idaho where towers are far apiece'.

The games and social media apps constantly runs in the back ground. So all you need to do is go to Setting->Application Manager and select "FORCE STOP" those apps. You were running out of RAM Memory. That should solve your problem.

This phone works great. I had this phone for about 4 years and it just stopped working today. I was really rough on it and it has a small barely noticeable crack in the screen. I wish i could get another one like this because i served me well

I have had this phone for about two years now and i have only had one major problem. The problem is the phone overheats and burns my fingers or face when I'm making call and such, it will even turn off ubruptly sometimes. But overall this phone is very good. I think he overheating problem is because of its age but it functions very well for its price.

I have had this model of phone for 2 years now. when I first got the phone it was great I would always drop it and it would never crack but march 2015 the screen started to go haywire and have lines up and down the screen I had tried everything to fix it restarting it, replacing the screen yet it still kept the lines going up and down the screen ... I had insurance so I took it into team mobile and they replaced it and the replacement phone has been fine up until now the completely new phone that I got in 2015 stared to get lines like the one I had before ...I highly don't recommend this phone unless you need a temporary phone for no more than a year.
