i have c5. i insert dual sims in it but sims do not work.
error shows"insert the sim card"

Just got the new patch this morning and my phone doesn't overheat anymore it's always at normal temp on heavy usage. It gets a little warm once.

Better not to buy samsung smartphone, especially samsung galaxy C5, the LCD is easy broken ( l am using right now ) and the service charge to replace a new LCD is unreasonable, almost 60% - 70% from a new device

Samsung Mobile HK in Facebook answered:
"Hello, the updated version will be launch in Q4 2017"
Whether that means Software update for Galaxy C5 or a brand new C5 (2018), I cannot tell...

My screen has died and apparently a new one costs 155€ in services that want to fix it (since i live in south eastern europe many workshops won't even fix it). Sucks. Do not buy if you don't have warranty.

I sent an email to Samsung Hong Kong for asking about Android 7 upgrade status.
they said me there is no plan for releasing Nougat for Galaxy C-series !!!
So do not wait for Android 7 :(
