i bought c5 mobile couple of days ago... but screen was black now and dont turn on... kindly help me... i only used it 1 day... unfortunately it has no warrenty card. :(

I've been using C5 for like 4-5 months now. Gotta say there are better optioms out there for reduced prices.
The phone heats up too much. Battery typically lasts for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, 2 1/2 if lucky under use. I've not yet had any hang or other issues. But Android 7 still? Seriously?
I used a Honor 8 Lite before this, the only problem with that was the space was low. I'm planning on switching to Poco or Redmi Note 5 now. Suggest me any good phones for lesser or about 25K.

Sania, 24 Sep 2018I am facing two issues with my C5 set. It's battery time is... morei have same device i have bought since last couple of week it's very decent and awesome , kindly go in setting and notification and disable all those notification which you're not using during usage of device, and second enable power saving mode it would be increased your battery backup, slightly heating is not a issue, when you usage 4g data on any device the device must be heat up. if you want to check your batter backup properly than you play any video on high resolution after download on your device, after playing video the 1% must be decreased after 4:30 minute.

My Samsung galaxy c5 doesn’t display when turned on. After pressing the power button for along time it comes up..and the flashlight keeps saying the camera is being used by it when you try to turn. It on
