guys it's an awesome device those who are complaining never used it you can't compare it with s8. in this price range best phone superb battery fast charging smooth performance never hang or heat up more than decent camera quality.

For those of you who are having trouble updating their System software please install samsung kies on your laptop and then try updating your phone. It worked for me i am sure will work for you all too.

Danish, 30 Dec 2017I got nougat update in pakistan .. Its good please tell me... morebrother how did you update your phone as in my phone c7 in setting menu about phone software update option is not working I touch it several time but nothing happened did you face this whit your device please guide

I've got this device since 5 days now, it's really a good device,
superb build quality, smooth and fast performance, good battery life, good camera but needs stable hand during shooting photos, great display, good fingerprint scanner but noticed 2 problems :
1st : the WiFi signal drops significantly if you put your hand behind the upper margin of the handset, may be because the WiFi antenna is located there and the device has an Aluminum body,
2nd: the audio quality through the headphones is bad and not comparable to other devices, even to the J series.
