but the 625 is built on 14nm compared to 28nm of 650
actually both are very good mid range processors with few edges over each other, you can not go wrong with anyone but i ll chose a 14nm processor in mid 2016 even if the 650 is a bit more powerful becauase both can game/surf on 1080p phones smoothly.

So Qualcomm's processor uses less battery to do the same amount of task as Mediatek, despite both CPU being made on the same cortex architecture.
Besides, the 625 is made on 14nm process compared to Helio X10's 28nm, which will drastically improve the performance and battery efficiency as compared to X10.
