Purchase c7 pro but otg not working alongwith phone in box one white colour small connector provided but even the same is not working for otg purpose pl. help need to purchase something else to start otg facility????

The fingerprint sensor of my phone gives me problem when the battery is low most of the time, also if the area around the home button is dirty.
