I have to admit after the Oreo update the phone became sluggish than it was with the nougat although the battery was extremely good than before.
I bought the c7 pro for 25k INR and it is surely overpriced for what it offers. This is my first Android phone, will move back to my good old iPhone later.

This c7 pro gives notificatin CHECK USB CHARGER/PORT. MOISTURE DETECTED. Im struggling to charge my phone. What a waste to money. Samsung should remove this unwanted moisture notification. I have not exposed my phone to any moisture or liquid. Even this is stupid moisture detected message comes and doesnt allow the mobile to charge

this phone is proof that Samsung is not value for money at all even at such an expensive price for a mid ranger this phone takes seriously crappy pics in daylight and horrible pics at night..total waste of money even after Android oreo update which came very late and this wont get android 9.0 utter waste of money that has as much value as a Xiaomi mobile with the same procesor @ almost 1/4th its price

I feel the same way as well. Battery drains faster and phome os heating as well. The performance has gone down and hangs during multitasking.
I think the update has been properly. Will reset the phone once and give you an update if the problem still persists post resetting the phone or not.

This is probably due to the lack of components in the Samsung supply chain.
I suggest you to either buy a Samsung popular phone or buy popular phone from the market.
This is because you will easily get the service in case of failure.
They told me component is arriving and will get the phone within next 3 days,i.e,upto saturday.

Hi everyone. Today i got the oreo updat for c7 pro. After updating i feel that mobiles camera performance has increased (even in night the camera is much better) and the selfie is far better than it was in nougat.but i feel the battery is draining very fast. Please reply about your experience in battery performance

Anonymous, 13 Nov 2018My mobile slow working... Two times lag No bro. Its working better than it was in Nougat. As Raj already mentioned battery life is brilliant now. U can check through AccuBattery app which shows the sleep % when screen is off. More is better. Ram management is better now. Also i dont agree with Nick. I tested & not facing any problem in PUBG. I will suggest u to back up ur data & do a factory reset. Whoever bought it will not regret for a long time if he used it with care. But who r selfie fans this phone is not for them. For me its good for gaming & doing other tasks. Remember its A53 core which wll keep ur device cool even after intense use. Thanks.

Worst ram management .. u can't play games like pubg , injustice 2 in this 24k garbage.
using various samsung phones over the years .. will never buy any of this shitload in future

Can confirm the battery life is great, maybe even better than the Nougat. Also the UI and apps feel sluggish than before, especially PUBG which is quite laggy even in the lowest of resolutions.
