I upgraded to the Oreo. Overall very disappointed with the performance. Notable lag in the UI, more bloatware, have to check with the battery performance.

A post here on Gsmarena says that c7 pro will get Oreo update only by December 2018.

It's more than 13 days and yet samsung have not replaced display of my c7 pro.
The service center guys don't even know when will they get display from supply chain.
This is my last Samsung.Extremely bad service.

Elmo, 31 Oct 2018I want to buy Samsung galaxy c7 pro so what do you suggest me?I wouldn't recommend if you plan on gaming PUBG. Would recommend if you plan on buying it on offer and use it only for light gaming and daily use. Go for something new, maybe with SD 660. I had it for a year and here are my conclusions.
Pros:
Good screen
Great battery
Nice audio through 3.5 mm
Snappy UI
Physical buttons
Cons:
Bad speakers
Bad camera, both front and rear, no OIS
Ear piece volume is very low, this is the worst part when noisy background
Samsung firmware updates, this phone is still in Nougat
Average performance, plays PUBG in low settings, even the lower priced Redmi note 5 pro performs better.
Neutral:
Heats up a lot while charging, although very cool when gaming
Included cable for ear phone and usb cable are of very very low quality
Knox protection so careful while you root it
Very slippery to hold but I use with a case always
Lots and lots of bloatware

Today is the 7th day,he told me it might take 8 days for the display if samsung provided the display to them.
Will check tomorrow..now by visiting the care.

Working screen is important for the data transfer(non plus encrypted data..)
