I m using it from last 1 week their is not any issue regarding c9 pro.
This is one of the best phone launched by Samsung. It's more slim than iPhone 7 and ram is just awosome.

One plus 3 I have been using since last 6 months.only recently I am facing only one problem with it ... the outgoing voice is not clear to the listener. Twice I have taken the phone to service center but issue not resolved. They formatted the mobile and I have to import all contacts again . It's a tiring process to make all your app. Running again. Even in SAFE MODE the outgoing is sometimes not clear. Otherwise I have no other problem with the mobile. It's blazing fast, charging is very fast and I am happy with it in all aspects.
Samsung C9 pro I bought by pre-booking it. It is almost One Plus 3 only. Screen size is bigger in this. It's uncomfortable to manage bigger mobiles. 5.5" is good enough for routine hand holding. The SPEED is very slow. I have around 4000 contacts in my mobile. It takes 15 sec on an average to search for a specific contact. It's like a punishment. I wish to dispose of this mobile. Battery life is good.charging speed is nowhere close to one plus 3. It takes 3 hours to fully charge.

Samsung is the best brand in the world, and no other company can be even compared with it. I think some people can never be satisfied, no matter what they get. And some people are there who probably get paid from other brands, just to defame Samsung. Samsung is the best in quality and performance and in all respects. I am using Samsung S7 Edge and my elder brother is having Samsung A9 pro and my Dad is having Samsung Jmax. I purchased Samsung C9 pro yesterday and I am extremely happy to buy it. Samsung has again prooved that Samsung is the best! I will recommend every person to buy it, without any doubts or hesitation! Those who will not buy, will regret it, for missing such a brilliant phone! It is expensive, but it is worth the money!

Nisha, 03 Mar 2017guys : I need a honest review , I know Samsung has launched... moreI have the phone only for few days and coming from Note 3. My observation so far:
Pros:
The phone performs fast, I have no overheating issues, it look like the battery is getting better every day. Plenty of storage space and RAM. No lags so far. Screen is bright and I cant see any pixelation.
Cons:
It is quite slippery in my opinion, the speaker on the bottom is not very loud but the biggest issue I have is the indoor photo quality which quite bad, the color balance is of the image is "nervous" looks heavily compressed (I cant explain it better). Outdoor is photos are good.
It is still a good value in my opinion, unfortunately the S7 Edge is very close to that price and although it has smaller screen (but higher resolution) less RAM and storage space you get better phone overall in my opinion.

If you buy c9 pro is it your budget?
If yes you can choose c9pro otherwise so many brand available for your satisfaction in market
If you not satisfy don't buy c9pro
Buying is not based reviews it depends on the interest,design,quality and many other thing ok

Samsung haters don't post wrong reviews this phone is the best from Samsung no heating issue battery lasts for more then a day with normal usage camera is ok indoor and good outdoor with agood editing tool u can get a good pic overall a good phablet.

And last samsung service center gives you very good service and for last 8 years i only use samsung phones so money is your make a good decision but if you want any opinion i am always with samsung c9 pro.

If you buy c9 pro is it your budget?
If yes you can choose c9pro otherwise so many brand available for your satisfaction in market
