People who have not received the Nougat Update can download the update manually from sammobile.com and flash them in your device by following the right steps. Or take them to a Samsung Service Centre and say them to update your device.

I'm a Proud C9 Pro user.. I Agree That the Front Camera is Not up to that level which we have expected, its because this device is having fixed phase detection autofocus. If you try capturing sefies within 20-50 CM with good lighting will give you an Awesome Result. Also the Result will be bad if the lighting is also bad. Not that Much.. From November Samsung Rolled Out Android Nougat 7.1.1 with Samsung Experience 8.5. Do You guys Know even the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is having Samsung Experience 8.1. The next Thing is after updation we may face issue with headset and playback in Social media Apps and built in players also. To fix these issues, all we need to do is Just a RESET. I've also faced this issue and reported in Samsung Community with my System error log. And the expert said me to reset it. And I've done that and everything is working normal and Cool.. Samsung Experience 8.5 brings more extra cool features in your device. Just explore yourself. I've Bought this device in last May 2017 and till date it never disturbed me with even a single Hang or Battery Run Out. You will get 6 hours Screen On time. And the main thing is fast charging. 2% in 1 Min. Isn't it cool Na.. No Heat issues at all.. Only when your device is on fast charging, it will get heated and will cool down fastly after unplugging charger. I Got Nothing More to say as bad. And if I started saying the plus points. OH GOD.. NO.. THIS PAGE WONT BE ENOUGH..

1.) Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro camera is very bad and mode option not much and overall it is bad
2.) Battery 4000 MAH but it discharges in 6 to 8 hrs (in sleep mode it is coming upto 10 hrs)

My A9 pro get nougat update 2 months after it was release in india so i guess c9 pro will be the same. The rest will most likely get the update on late dec or early jan 2018. Sansung really sucks man

I've taken a dicision, I will sell my this SM-C9000 piece of NON updating phone and go for another phone model, there are some good & affordable phones like oppo F5, huawei Nova 2i and sony xa1 ultra. #disgusting samsung# think we are fools to wait so much times.......

Very very poor front camera like 2 mp but they called it 16 mp, no detail you can find with this ........... if you love to take selfies, you should not go for this

Samsung reps say the Galaxy S6 will be updated to Android 8.0 Oreo . While we begs nougat .
