I was looking for dual sim handset.Lg V20 is the best handset in this class.u can't compare this phone to anyone.after so much research i buy LG V20.

Maybe it didnt work for you because the 'cause' is something else. Try deleting the apps which you dont use. Because some apps run continously in the back ground and this may affect battery life. Also when you are using wi-fi turn off the 3G/4G service. And when not using internet turn-off both wifi and 3G/4G service and operate your phone on 2G. (phone searching for 3G/4G cell towers consumes more battery than when searching for 2G cell towers).

IM using my phone with medium power saving mode, no heavy games apps used in my phone, screen brightness set to around 45%, allways time mode was disabled, WIFI enabled only when use web n youtube only, bluetooth rarely used, location indicator n gps swiched off.... after done these every thing my battery issue n camera issue same. Security patch lvl is March 2017....Im loyal samsung user...and my SG J7 2016 performed well than this thats why Im saying all this......

If they want to make a 6.5 handset let them start another line of phones like D or F series or something....for phones above 6 inches.
There are no decent 6 inch phones in the market right now. So we need a decent 6 inch line of phones for a couple of years atleast.

I like samsung among all other android phone makers because of A) More reliable devices 2)Better after-sales service and support, and better parts availability in their service centers compared to other android manufacturers.
I only wish their 'flagship' devices lasted longer or atleast as much as apple 'flagship' devices. After all they both cost the same. Sure some sammy flagships last as much as or even longer than some iphones, but most dont. And apple's care is better where its available. I wish samsung betters its service and support to apple levels. People will buy there phones even more than they do iphones if samsung does these two things.

Try turning off wi-fi, bluetooth when you are not using them and also reduce screen brightness a little bit. All these will prevent fast battery draining .
All these will work. If these dont work for some reason then try restarting your phone. If that doesnt work do a factory reset of your phone. But back up your data before doing a factory reset. There are articles online that explain how to do it. Do it carefully.
If a factory reset doesnt work, try updating your phone to the latest software.

Sammy tell me the exact date you send the solution updates for my C9 pro C9000 battery draining issue and both front and rear camera issues??? Im sooo soooo feel bad with two issues.... even my prior phone SG J7 2016 is far far far better than this camera department picture issue and battery draining issue..... I feel I wasted my money and was tricked by your C9 pro law qaulity phone

Samsung c9pro networ, 14 Apr 2017After 30 april 2017 update there is lots network problem ,j... moreWe are still on 15th April 2017 and not yet reached the date of 30th April 2017.
For me, I had installed 70mb update and 38mb update. Even I'm usibg JIO sim and it is working fine even after installing both of the uodates.
