I hardly completed 10 days after buying my samsung c9pro. I am facing many hardware issues today I am going to submit my phone to samsung care centre. Hope I get proper solution to my problems.

My ratings about c9 pro.
Rear camera photos/ videos 3/10 (photos n videos of my prior phone J7 2016 is far better, worse thing is non availability of OIS)
Front camera photos/ videos 2/10
Phone display 5/10
Touch response 7/10
Design of the phone 8/10
Finger print recognisation 6/10
Speakers without headset 6/10
Speakers with headset 7/10
Battery life 5/10 (drain superfast without using hard games, n non using bulk of apps. It drains 3/4day)
HEATING of the phone, think its is normal while charging u & using it get heat due to metal body I think but not hi heat :)

Too bad finger print lock it won't recognise often.speak is not good quality. The voice in earpiece is not clear if on high volume.

Galaxy C9 Pro Nougat Release Date?
Expected release date: Q1 2017
After recent rumors about Samsung jumping directly to Android 7.1.1 tests, it could be that the C9 Pro might also get the latest update. An exact ETA is not known, but it will most likely get the update in the first half of 2017.

Battery back up is worst, though phone is not used for browsing. Heating complaint as well when browsing n charging.
I took it to servuce centre on 30th day of purchase they updated the software n promised it should be fine. But again same problem. However the relationship manager said if the problem continues they should change the motherboard. Y should we trust samsung when u wan change mother board after a month. Bullshit phone.

Bought a Samsung C9 Pro 5 weeks back. But next day realised that there is a problem with the sound as in voice wouldnt carry. Calls would get cut off or couldnt hear the other party. After going from pillar to post submitted the brand new mobile at the service centter who certified that the device had an inherent faulty mother board.
But now they say they will not replace it and can only repair it that too deoending on parts availability. Feel cheated by Samsung.
Why shoulod I accept a faulty piece even though repaired when I paid in full expecting a good quality hanset?
Be carefull all of you. There is a problem with the mother board as they say. But they wont replace it. They will make you run here and there and then claim the replacement period of two weeks have expired.
Do not trust Samsung anymore. First was Note 7 and now this... !!!!
