How can solve the he, 30 Mar 2017How can solve the issue heating problem when charging.it's fast charging, so it will heating up. just turn off the fast charging option on your setting
setting > devices > battery > click another option up-right > fast cable charging > turn off

just bought this phone 2 days ago, so far I like this phone very much, the only one issue is today suddenly no sound for call. someone called me and I couldn't hear voices. but the issue gone after I restart my phone. I dunno if it would happened again or not.

Love my C9 Pro, but I do wish its speakers are bit louder and the main camera has OIS to reduce blurry pictures.

why people forgot their past experience... all smartphone are suffering from heating issues...
u can check the opinions of different brands different models over the database of gsmarena... comments regarding heating issues are bloated there...

1)you have activated ultra data saving mode and not allowed the WhatsApp in limited background data list.
if not then
2)go to settings>connections>data usage>background data and then enable the WhatsApp.

2.C9 Pro was Heating for Net usage time.

you get tinny sound frn both speakers nd headphones which is very annoying plz dont buy this device if you are music lover nd loves to hear sound on high note....im using this device frm last one month nd very mush disappointed samsung must sell his device with money back guaranty ill definitely back this crap...i have to say its s3 model is far superior than this.

I see many people complaining about heating while charging. Guys that's how fast charging works. Except for 1 or 2 rare devices, every device which has fast charging heats up while charging which is totally normal and you don't have to worry about it. Just chill. With some coconut water. It's good for health:)

tinny nd flat sound even on headphones .you can not hear anything out of ur room thats seriously very annoying.if you are music lover than plz dont buy this device .i purchased this phone almost a month ago fr 36900 inr nd its fails to satisfy me.anyone wanna buy this phone ill gave up this phone on lesser prize.

In my life I never want to own Samsung phones,and Samsung phones are never my loved.I owned LG,HTC...etc.
It's up do you to believe,I was actually on the way down to a retailer shop to purchase the Asus Zenfone 3 ultra(6.8").
During the journey to the shop,I just want to have a quick last minute review of Asus ultra,so I went into Gsmarena web,on the main page top corner,I noticed there's a review of Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro,although I do not like Samsung phones,but just out of curiosity,I clicked on it,and read through the review,you know what I was pretty deeply impressed with its all-in-one multimedia entertainment features.
The first two things attracted me most were its super power 6GB Ram(never before) as well its Stereo speakers(one front,the other bottom),much better than both at bottom.
When I reached the retailer shop,fortunately enough that's a display set of C9 Pro,I have some hand on and I loved it.
Finally my decision to drop Asus ultra and purchased Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro.
And I proudly to say,this is my first and only Samsung phone on today.
I have been sticked to this device everyday,I could tell you everything is perfect,operations are smooth and fast,the stereo speakers are the most best,the sound are vivid and live,you are watching video,you feel that the real person speaking in front of you,needless to say playing music are like listening to real artistes singing Live concerts in front of you.
I want to say this very honestly,it's not easy to get Samsung offers you the stereo speakers,only HTC did it first,but now sony,iphone and others are following,I believe the stereo speakers should be a must in all big screen phones because of its multimedia entertainment needs.
I tried out gaming like Tekken 6 and Tekken-Dark Ressurection on this device,graphics are lifelike,motions are fast and smooth,stereo sounds are 3-D like,I don't encounter heating problem on an hour gaming,no such thing as heating on my C9 Pro.I don't understand why people claiming heating on this device.
Last and very thankful to Gsmarena for putting up the C9 Pro review,if without that,I don't even know of or notice that there is a C9 Pro existing in this world,I will definitely be very sure go on to purchase Asus ultra.
And i never regret my final purchased was Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro,it's really a great device you were like to have for all your multimedia entertainment needs,definitely Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is the right choice for you.
