It is just not possible, that the screen is breaking by falling! Just stop posting false reviews and making stories by your own. I think you have never used or seen the original Samsung C9 pro, at all ! C9 pro is an excellent phone and I purchased it 9 days ago. My elder brother is also having it. We are very glad with its performance! I recommend every person to buy the authentic, original phone, directly from any Samsung showroom and not from anywhere else. I can assure you that you will never have any complaints regarding the phone then! Though this is a fashion of today's generation, but please do not buy it online or through agents, and I am saying this by my own worst personal experience once. The online websites often sell duplicate fake phones, at lower prices, as-" Best deals " and cheat many people! If you see the Internet, you will find many complaints of those customers, who made the mistake of purchasing things online and are now repenting! My point is, if you are buying something, it is best directly to go to a valid real shop , or showroom, check it yourself and then buy the original phone, that's all! The rest is your decision. Samsung is the best brand in every respect and they are of very good quality also!

Sreejith, 12 Mar 2017I tried a otg which keeps on disconnecting..can you please ... moreTruely speaking I was unable to connect my OTG pen drive with the connector supplied with the phone. Then I purchased USB C type OTG connector from local store. Though I got it free. With the help of that connector I can easily access my OTG pen drive.
