galaxy, 25 Dec 2012I want to know if all samsung galaxy chat phones have 4GB i... moreBro This phone is good..........2gb internal memory for users.............But the bad thing of this phone only 1200mAh battery only for one day use ..........If the battery like sony tipo 1500mAh then this phone can compare with sony tipo.............But sony tipo still best phone in this price range and Nokia lumia 510 also good under 10k price range..........

ABER, 22 Dec 2012Does it support Viber,Tango,Skype,What's up??This,htc desir... moreyes it supports all apps like viber, whatsapp, skype... with video chat support (from back camera coz it has no front camera)
and at this price range galaxy chat is best!!! and upgradable to jellybean.
htc desire is also a good phone but is price is very high if u compare with chat and xperia u has only 4gb non expandable memory. so i think its not a good option so go for chat!

i had owned the new samsung galaxy chat and it is awesome...
i have a doubt with samsung phones... how can we connect this mobile to pc for accesssing internet??
in nokia there is an option in pc suite. but i dont know the option in samsung and dont knw whether there is a software like pc suite or not. while connecting this phone i have only the option to transfer my datas. but i have to use internet in pc.. what to do?? help me friends..

I have been using this phone on AT&T in the US (North East) for about a week. First thing right out of the box I was pleased with the size, weight, and distribution of the keypad.
Pros and Cons below. Please note that I am hyper critical of phones and this phone is exactly what I am looking for at this point. But I wanted to shed some light on its drawbacks prior to someone making a decision.
Pros -
-Calls are clear
-Price (around $250)
-Weight
-Touch Screen + QWERTY
-Not many people have seen this device before :-) and I constantly have people asking me what it is.
-Aesthetic Look - I think if you were a fan of Palm phones, you will like this
Cons:
-Only 3g
-No front facing camera
-Camera is only 2mp
-speaker (for music) could be louder
-Screen resolution
-Phone seems slower to load apps then previous devices
-No flash
-No LED indicator
-When typing messages I will unintentionally hit the [home, back, or option] keys directly under the screen.
-Once phone is set to vibrate, all system settings are set to silent. (ie will not be able to have a tone when touching the screen)
-dedicated "chaton" button can not be changed to a shortcut for another application.
Again, many (like 90%) of the cons are things I knew about prior to purchasing the phone so they are not huge drawbacks for me but may be complete turn off for others interested.
If you are on a budget, but want a touch screen with a qwerty... I think this may be the best for now. It does what a smartphone is supposed to do.
Overall im pleased with the purchase.

I bought this phone recently, and i' m really satisfied with it. It looks nice, its processing fast, the touch is good, camera also good for 2mpx.. I would recomemnd for everyone who is searching for a good phone with low price.
