The main disadvantage of this phone is we can't move apps to external sd card..

bro...!!!! a have dis phne..itz gud..bt , sound break or stuck while playing music in mp3 player..i download diffrt players bt no use...i bring d phne in samsung serive station...they changed softwr bt still i have dis problm...what i do bro..??? plz help me...

Samsung has mfg a good phone - galaxy chat with a qwerty keyboard adv. but now a days such mfg phones by samsung should be dual sim.

ANOTHER BUG made by Samsung pseudo-developers.
If you install Google Calendar, original Samsung calendar app will be resetting Google Calendar settings. Every time you restart your phone, Google Calendar settings will be default and your appointments will be handled by Samsung calendar with randomly set alarms.
Why you need to install Google Calendar? Because it is way better than Samsung Calendar, which has not only some bugs, for example it always resets time zone settings, but also is just ugly.
I'm waiting now for Chat rooting recipe. It seems the only cure is to remove Samsung's bloatware completely out of phone. They just don't know how to write properly working software.

Its a good phone, with keypad.

This phone is good. I am from E63 and comfortable with the QWERTY. Adavantage: Screen is not cluttered when you have to type. Always ready keypad: Start typing in homes screen to bring up your apps, contacts and web search.
The UI is buttery smooth and there was no lag with any of the apps. Played Glow Hokey without any issues.
With normal phone usage (calls, sms, moderate 3G), it runs for 2 days. For gaming it runs for 5 active hours and still 10% remains.
The display is not bad, but it is difficult to read small fonts. That too in some book apps which come with fixed font size. Watching Youtube is good, no display issues. No lag either in play or seek. Same with movies on MX Player.
Has two point multi touch just enough to pinch to zoom operations and fruit ninja.
Very easy to multi task. Stock browser is fast. Add chrome browser for more features. Easy task manager access is productive in multi tasking.
Customizable dedicated key to launch your favourite app. The same key launches "listner" on long press, speak to key. Using it is fun when there is no urgent message to key. I think my accent is poor.
Camera is enough for a phone. For actual shoot I use Canon.
I am not a savvy gamer. Just tried Angry Birds, Temple run, Air control, Fruit ninja, My paper Plan, Bad Piggies, Basket Ball, Tilt 3D, Glow Hockey, & Carrom. All went well and no lag or crash.
Havn't tried DLNA yet.
So much so far, in 4 days use. Rest of the features are of ICS, which many of you may know. Will post any worthy findings.
Summary: Good phone for genral use, call, message, chat, mail, blog, news & magazine, books, music, movies and casual games.

hi, in this phone actual internal memory is 2GB not 4GB. 4 GB memoryis fake..

I hope the screen will be 4.0/4.2 in the future and the screen is wider not longer... I'm sure it will be great...

great music to hear with
outstanding design

I downloaded Instagram on this phone. It launches properly but when I try to start editing a photo, the photo won't show up on the screen, only BLACK. is there anything i should know about this?
