mySGH GT I8262 is get dead,it even start up,,i visited service center so many time but they refused to repair even it is in the warranty period.they refused to repair the mother board,it get burned by own fault...pls solve my problem and suggest me best alternate solution..

Egy-user, 07 Oct 2014Which is better core or core 2 ?I don't want to recommend CORE-1 , because it is a old phone..itz os and hardwares are very outdated..there is zero chance of kitkat or any other update for galaxy core..so, u should not buy this.
CORE-2 has good featurs like big display, beautiful design, kitkat os....but big disadvantage is that it has no proximity sensor..so, u will get trouble while calling...also ram is low, hatdwares are cheap chinese quality. .so, it heats up quickly. . the display has only 256k colours..so, display quality is poor...thatz why I have a hesitation to recommend core-2...if u don't hv any problem with above drawbacks, then u can buy core2

No...rooting doesn't harm your phone...by rooting u can enjoy lots of extra features...but after rooting u will lose your warrenty..but don't worry, u can get back warrenty by flashing stock firmware......to root old firmware of galaxy core, use framaroot.....to root the latest firmware of galaxy core, use baidu esy root...and install supersu from play store

Because kitkat doesn't have drivers for galaxy core's old hardwares....and dont think that android is same as windows for pc that u can install it on any mobile...every phone has different hardwares.so drivers and configuration are different. .manufacturers customize the android os for every phone..so,customized kitkat for a phone can be installed only on that phone.if u try to install on other phone then your phone will be damaged
