AnonD-305470, 11 Oct 2014I don't know what u got..but I got a 1A charger with my gal... moreStill battery life of samsung phones cannot be compared to that of htc or sony.... the sony has a in built stamina mode for the battery and by enabling it the battery gives very awesome backup... while travelling it can be used but the samsung's power saver mode just sucks...!! They screen goes a bit dim and hardly and battery is saved... While in HTC it lasted me overnight with only 7% charge and data on... when I checked it in the morning the battery was 5%.. if it would have been samsung the phone would have gone off... samsung should give more heavy battery with their phones so that they can even last a day without charging.... else they are none other than like landlines phones.....

Shhzd amar, 11 Oct 2014More the heavy battery more the charger output but same the... moreI am not talking abt galaxy core 2...I am talking abt galaxy core-1...both grand2 and galaxy core-1 has 1 A charger...don't know abt core-2...hardwares of core2 are cheap..maybe battery and chargers are also cheap..thatz why it takes more time to charge

I have a grand 2 and its charging is that slow that it takes about 4-5hrs to charge full... I used core but its charging was also not that fast... ya I agree sony mobiles charge very fast.... havent used any nokia touchscreen ever also cant cmmnt abt HTC...

First check the firmware version. .go to settings->about phone > build number...if the last 4 letters are "BNH1", then install "BAIDU EASY ROOT"(search over the Internet)...open it and click on the root button..now install supersu from play store--open it..and update binary
If the 4 numbers are other than BNH1...then install framaroot..open it..and select gandlf...now restart your phone

Pranay Dutta, 09 Oct 2014. How can b the heating problm of CORE-2 go off? PLZ SUGGST ME We can't do anything dude..because core2 has some cheap hardwares like chinese allwinner processor...so, it will obviously heat up...we can't replace the processor....I want to suggest you to some small tips-
1) uninstall unnecessary apps
2) root your phone, install root uninstaller pro, uninstall google apps like google movies, magazine, drive, chrome etc and Samsung apps like games hub, Samsung account,chat on etc
3) turn off mobile data when not necessary
4) don't play games while charging
5) don't surf internet while charging
