This phone is a budget phone, so expectations shouldn't be set too high. We got it so that my Mom could get an iphone from Costco and get the cash back or discount because it needed to be a new account only and she already had one with Verizon. By adding me to her account, that qualified for the iphone discount and we got this as a cheap one for me. It works fine if you just need a phone, nothing fancy and not much storage space, but it does suffer from some design issues that are likely to make me upgrade.
First off, the touch screen is way too sensitive. It is always activating and opening apps just by being in my purse, which can affect battery life, and also has some poorly placed buttons on the side for power and volume that seem to always get in my way whenever I am trying to take a picture or perform certain tasks which are interrupted by my accidentally pressing the power button or volume control just trying to hold the phone.
Also I find that the touchiness of the screen has the unfortunate side effect of constantly turning my phone to MUTE causing me to miss calls because I don't hear it ring.
I really wish it had a way to attach a wrist strap, but that seems lacking on a lot of phones these days.
I sometimes have weird issues with the text messages not coming through when sent, and the signal for calls is often weak, but that is more an issue with my location and Verizon than the phone, I think. The camera could be better, too. I actually carry a sharp Aquos that I have no service on just for taking pictures because that one does a much better job of it. Once or twice I have had it freeze up on me for some unknown reason, but a restart has always put it right again.
But it seems quick enough that I don't notice any lag that would cause me to complain, so if you just need a basic phone, it should do well enough. I only paid 25 bucks for it, so I can't really complain.

Also probably 5-10 times a day my screen goes black, and none of the buttons do anything, and then the screen will illuminate and show the image of the lock screen only the numbers aren't there. Nothing is there, and it will continue to go black, and then show the lock screen until I pull that battery. It also seems to not send my calls. (Call not sent) error message. What a worthless piece of junk

just i used it about 2 1/2 years. no isues.
gud phone but this is not a copy also.
um happy still um using this phone 4n too.
playimg games hard chatings. is my phone battery this doing a great job. i dont know why is it. but from switch on 3g i can chat about 6 hours still. and calling also about 5hours. um happy i still using this.

I have been using this Phone for a little over eleven months with no issues. I dont do alot of surfing the net with it. i use it to take pictures and text and talk. Its main use is with WhatsApp. It gets used hours on end with phone there and messaging. It has functioned well for the purpose i have used it for with no issues. i still use the same battery it came with and still get many hours of use. I do let it get down to atleast under 15% before i put it on a charger. Most of the time 5% or under.

i have been using this cell phone since last week but i'm not satisfied at all
it has storage problem having 4 GB free space but shows that there is no more internal storage in the cell phone.

anja, 30 Mar 2017I do not have any pics or video on my phone, because it han... moresame issue also in my phone. but i faced it only two times. i restarted my phone two-three times, removed memory card, set app preferences back to default.. and it became normal again.

I get a messge that no place to storage things. I have a 8gb in my phone.
