Samsung galaxy core prime is one of the best and great android phones......No heating issue,no lag and no hanging problem...graphics quality is so nice....i play many games like frontline commando,subway surfer,asphalt 3 runs so smoothly no hanging issue no heat up......My suggusetion to all no wastage of money to buy other androids phones.....i gave 5 stars to samsung galaxy core prime.

Last month my brother buy samsung prime DUOS for my family from Dubai (UAE). It was fresh & he didn't though that need to check this device its ok or not, becouse he belive that samsung device is must be QC pass ! But he was worng!!! after checked this device we found camera is not working. we are shocked.
My brother buy this device from Dubai and now we are in Bangladeh so how can i get support from Samsung.
Please let us know to take my next step.
