I have used this phone for one month now..mine is SM-G360H...all I can say is that core prime is of superior quality ...so far I have not experienced any problem with mine..it is fast, screen quality is great, the camera both front and back are superb, the battery does not drain fast even with heavy usage it can last for 12hours...I love my handset.

I bought samsung galaxy core prime about two weeks ago. So far I can say the phone is great. i bought G360H. the battery backup is average. it can last two days without gaming and 12hours with gaming and lots of browsing. the specs are a bit different from what gsm arena posted. it is packed with spreadtrum 1. 2GHz ARM cortex A7 quad-core processor, Mali 400MP2 GPU, 720p video recorder for the back camera, VGA video recorder for the front camera, and 1080p FHD video player. the fm radio also has recording ability. the browser also supports HTML5. The picture quality for both front and back camera is great even when in total darkness, pictures taken with flash are cool. The data speed for both uplink and downlink is impressive. No lags(except when charger is plunged in device). The music and radio clarity through both earpiece and speaker is impressive. its also fits in the palm quite well.
However the phone has the following problems
1. It's screen visibility under sunlight is quite poor.
2. It's touch response during charging is quite poor.
3. the phone's network is not very stable.
4. voice clarity during calls is not very impressive. maybe de phone's Mic is substandard. some callers complain. But I hear them clearly.
5. multi touch up to two fingers.
6. Not upgradable to lollipop.
7. Ring volume quite low.
But considering it's price range this is one of the best phones on the market. In my country, Ghana, the phone is in the same price range with Microsoft lumia 535, nokia Lumia 625/630, HTC desire 320, etc. but i still feel this phone is superior to all of them.

Im using it as well, it is a nice phone but yeah it has some issues but still i can give it thousands stars *_*

Its is very friendly and up to date cell.
The problem I am facing is that its touch system is not reliable. Some times it struck and no other way out then to shut it done. That makes very embarrassing situation.
I don't know if it is specific to my cell or its common?

Finally, Samsung has made a big deal on low end devices. This is the first entry level Galaxy to have a 8gb storage, and LTE support as well. The Snapdragon 410 is actually a good processor on this price range. Camera and RAM may be average, but that's no big problem. I'm sure this model would come up really good to the competitions with Redmi 1s, Moto E 2nd gen, Zenfone 4 A450CG, A6000, and so on

This core prime phone sucks. Can't ever get signal. Can't watch a facebook video unless 4g somehow mysteriously pops up. Can't watch anything on 3g. So disappointed. I miss my S2.

Hey.This phone is actually very good.I m using it and enjoying it.But there is one problem tht many chargers don't work on this phone.The chargers get destroyed.Now I m crying cause it is not working because there is no chrge and its not charging.I suppose u to buy Samsung Galaxy A7.Thnks

Touch screen works auto...
i m having same issue.
it has slightly less sensitive touch.
and sometimes touch works automaticaly without touching. i have to press power button to stop it.
i have found many core prime users are having same problem. also lumia535 has similar touch issue.
