recently i have found one problem, if anyone can make my problem solve, please, do me your favor. the problem is "unfortunately play store/ contract list/ any game/ and some cases some software show me these kinds of problem. if any one make my problem solve, please do.

Seems to work smooth for me.

For every bad review you see here there are thousands of people happy with this phone. For the price point, it is a great phone. Gets "warm" with graphically intense apps and games as expected. Love my CORE!

durga, 14 Jan 2017it very good. but today i having problem. stay on safe mode... moreIve had a core prime for a long period. I've found it a great phone, however yesterday the battery ran flat which I never usually let happen. Now when I turn it on I get the core prime android logo,then the optus logo then the Samsung logo then it locks. Its like it won't load. Id appreciate some advice

This phone is crap. The battery get very hot fast. I can't play a game are talk long at all. I can't watch a movie. I had a cheap phone that worked better than this one. If anyone ask me I tell them don't buy your brand.

Good performance..i have been using core for 1 yr 4 months..till now no hanging pbm..front camera is only avg..back cam is suprb..

Less than satisfactory. Have had nothing but problems since day one. Many dropped calls, freezing, screen blackouts, loud beeping noises during calls (annoying!), #pad sticks. Requested and rec'd replacement phone, but same thing. Does not hold a charge. Original charger died after 6 mos. Only good thing is the camera - great pics. Would not recommend.

I bought my Galaxy core prime 12 months ago tommorrow, it has been nothing but trouble from day one, I can be in the middle of any operation, eg, phone call, texting or gaming, and it just shuts down of it's own accord. two months ago it was returned to Samsung Espana under warranty, it came back five weeks later, and it still has the same problem, the repair sheet tells me that, they changed the Jack, Battery and Actualization.
Tomorrow I shall attempt to get some kind of re fund against a new phone by a different manufacturer.
Never again!!!!

I really don't get all of these terribly negative opinions! I'm using one rn, have been for a couple years. For the price I paid at the time (120€) I'm very happy. It runs mostly smoothly, and once you get a good SD card you can install a good number of applications on. It runs several application at time well. Sometimes while using certain applications that put too much stress on it, might crash the app/restore bg to default, but it's really no biggie. Camera takes decent photos. When memory starts being too faulty, I reset it to factory settings and am good to go again! Yes, it's not a top-tier phone. And today just by paying a little more you will find stuff that is much, much better! But I found this guy to be resilent, well balanced and all-around good for someone that, like me, doesn't ask too much from their phones. If I had to change it today I'd go for another though, unless they put this on sale for less than 100€.

My son and I both had them my son still does , I loved mine and would still have it over a year later with no problem but I broke it because I used a charger that wasn't meant for it , about to purchase another one.

Terrible phone. Best thing about it is the fabulous camera quality. It takes great pictures even with the destroyed screen it has better camera quality that most low end models such as this one.

Well, I like phones when they serve their purpose and you don't really notice much.
With this phone, all I did was notice. I returned my metropcs alcatel as it was no longer working. my mistake was dropping a cappaccino on it. So, in they give me this Gallaxy Core Prime. Within weeks, I was hearing beeps like I was dialing, only, I wasn't dialing. So, I sent it over to company to get repaired. They gave me another. I could not be heard or hear anyone I called unless on speaker, every person complained about the way I sounded. I operated for months like that. IT shut down, and it froze alot.
