The only problem I have with this phone is the battery. I charge it all night and it has 100% power. Then after ive taken it off charge it drops to 95% straight away. Ive got no apps now, no space for them anyway but the battery drains so fast. If I use the phone for 10 minutes the battery drops to 50% before it starts going all messed up, not responding etc and then it goes off. If you use your phone a lot then this is definitely not the phone for you because 20 minutes of battery time is not good enough no matter how much you pay for it. I've had a look whats using the battery and it says screen 7% chrome 2% android system 1% and cell standby 1% so where is the other 89 % going? Not good enough samsung.

i have had this phone for over two years, i could say its worth the buy As it was really cheap but it not perfect...
my selfie camera just stopped workinv on its own, the camera quality is good only in light , and it lags alot. and sometimes battery closes when it is at 20 or so, id recommend buying another phone ,but if u want a cheap phone then get it.

it started off well but now it only holds charge for a couple of hours and will shut off randomly at 40% sometimes it also clicks in random places on the screen. and sometimes the screen doesn't respond at all to me tapping it

recently i have found one problem, if anyone can make my problem solve, please, do me your favor. the problem is "unfortunately play store/ contract list/ any game/ and some cases some software show me these kinds of problem. if any one make my problem solve, please do.

For every bad review you see here there are thousands of people happy with this phone. For the price point, it is a great phone. Gets "warm" with graphically intense apps and games as expected. Love my CORE!

durga, 14 Jan 2017it very good. but today i having problem. stay on safe mode... moreIve had a core prime for a long period. I've found it a great phone, however yesterday the battery ran flat which I never usually let happen. Now when I turn it on I get the core prime android logo,then the optus logo then the Samsung logo then it locks. Its like it won't load. Id appreciate some advice

This phone is crap. The battery get very hot fast. I can't play a game are talk long at all. I can't watch a movie. I had a cheap phone that worked better than this one. If anyone ask me I tell them don't buy your brand.
