hi..good news for user sm-g360h model.the voice clarity problem slove. contact to service center then new software update..version d2d file then sound problem solve.

nice phone but some feature are missing likes Torch,Task manager and not more shortcuts keys... so please sir please update it. Thank you

Voice clarity is very low, i have problems understanding the words of the people i'm talking to..

After the firmware update (G360HDDU0AOB1),network bars go down than earlier & voice calling issue still not fixed......else is good...

Not bad for a mid-range smartphone. Though they've really trimmed down the Samsung UI and I hate the fact that the touch sensors at the bottom have no backlight or vibration feedback. I thought the front camera was quite decent; great for taking selfies. Wonder why they didn't include an auto-brightness option. I must say the battery life is amazing though!

some country in asia don't have LTE model.. ask from dealer for more info about galaxy core prime.. this model also not suport OTG at all..

So far I have absolutely no problem using this phone...
Its a mid range smart phone so dont expect much from it.
It provides a great game play experience and the only problem I encountered while using it was the inability of device to download games from Play store to SD Card esp. large games...

very worst phone voice problem so many time visit at customer care they attended but there is no solution total money wasted.
