The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime is horrible at holding charge I have gotten a new charger and a new battery and it still takes forever to charge and loses charge extremely fast.

I have this phone since April/2016 and I had to replace the battery already. It still does not hold a charge. I called TracFone and they sati's the charger not the phone and to try another charger. I will but I am not happy with the phone.

Is samsung galaxy core prime G360H a 3g or 2g device?....like other phnes..why 2g sim can't work as 3G speed?..please answer me.
