this is an excellent set from samsung. if you are planning to buy low budget smartphone then this is the best option.
1. 5MP back camera with flash (better than other 5MP cameras)
2. 2MP front camera (not bad)
3. Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery (good enough)
4. suports HD games and videos of 1080p
5. no laggings, no slow operations
6. look is good, set is handy
7. quadcore, 1.2 ghz cpu with 1 GB ram
8. internal 8 GB
in this price range, what else do you expect?? its the best selection..

Hi, is galaxy core prime already available in Philippines? Cus I already checked several mobile stores at South Mall, Festival Mall and also some Samsung stores. They still not having this unit. And not adviced of the release of this handset I hope it would come soon. :( pls reply back if you found this in any mobile store in Metro Manila.tys

It is also costlier. In LG phones, L70, L90 were much hyped about phones. There are lots of complaints about these two phones too. Samsung at least provides you with quality products at reasonable rates with much better after sales service.

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime DUOS model number is SM-G360H/DS that was purchased in India. There was a stipulation that it should be used for a cumulative time of at least 5 minutes with a local carrier in India before using it elsewhere. I did that and the phone worked fine there. I have since brought it with me to Canada, the network bars are visible and it reads the phone number but I can neither make or receive calls. I am with Virgin mobile. Kindly advise what I may be doing incorrectly that prevents me from using my phone. Thanks

I bought Samsung Galaxy Core Prime two weeks ago and I get very unclear voice in 80% of my calls. Is this because of some manufacturing defect? Or something wrong with my settings? Or is this the case with all phones in this model?

Yes core prime or samsung phones are more reliable than china brands or than micromx or lava etc. but I am buying core prime because I will sell it after 6 months so that I shouldn't face lagging problems after it's few months old.
