If the problem remains when the phone is plug-in, then this is not a battery problem.

I had no choice but to switch to a phone I used before it which worked far better but had a worse battery and less storage and was laggier but didn't close apps or click things on its own. Switched to a Redmi 9C NFC though.

I replaced the battery and mine is now working fine - i may rethink my plan to replace it.

Only having some battery issue. But the phone is really working great. It just showing the real samsung class. Though the sofware is very old, also the UI is not that much useful, non but what the phone is still being used by me.

Battery still fine. Once died almost completely, used a different battery and when that one died the original battery which almost died worked just fine after sitting. Not much storage but enough for me to have all my needed apps for a everyday use phone. Camera surprisingly good because it has auto focus, makes the photo quality 2x better. Good thing it has a SD card slot so I can manage all my music and photos while having space on my phone. Screen not too big, not too small, for me, does not matter. Recently started closing apps on its own and clicking stuff on its own, therefore impossible to use anymore. Overall, a good phone. Just the fact it has started bugging. (I said before).

Love this phone but some complains,samsung could improve the battery.Even the grand prime has more battery than this thing.They could upgrade the ram upto at least 1.5 gigs.And performance could slightly be better.But still good cuz it's a budget phone.

I had a guy try to sell me this over the phone or the s4 mini, I'm so glad I picked the s4 mini, the specs are so much better. The guy was trying to convince me otherwise but I wasn't having any of it, there's not even a compass, no amoled screen and only records 720p at 30fps, is that a joke ffs this is a poor phone even for a 2014 budget phone.
