At 3 years of usage, the phone was working really well other than the battery that died out which many other people complained in about the comments. The batteries are cheap, but do die very quickly as the batteries are very sensitive to the sun. The phone is also surprisingly really strong in my opinion, fell on concrete twice in a period of 10 minutes with no case or screen protector, and not even a single scratch mark found. The overall specifications of the device were okay for the time, but phones released in the period of time this device released phone specifications were slightly better. My only complaint would be the battery as it dies out really quickly and you'd need to replace it a lot if you are outside in the sun a lot. The camera's 5MP, although it's fine due to autofocus so no complaint about that. After round 4½-5 years of usage, the screen started acting up, pressing things itsself and not responding sometimes, same for the buttons below the display. I'd say this phone was worth it for its time.

Mine's a: SM-G360G with Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop), Android Security Patch Level: 2017-03-01
It started to use up the battery too fast & became very glitchy till I disabled most of the Google Apps got rid of everything it would let me runs great now.

I'm using this phone . This my 2nd hand phone in 2018 . Problems
* Touch problem
* Battery draining too fast
These are hardware problems

This problem can be repaired

I just received one of these and I am thinking about rooting and custom rom . It seems like a lower budget s3 or s3 mini. Tft screen is kind of crappie but other than that this is a neat little phone. Not much else you can do with a phone stuck on lollipop! 😆 I bet this was a great budget device 8 years ago.

If the problem remains when the phone is plug-in, then this is not a battery problem.

I had no choice but to switch to a phone I used before it which worked far better but had a worse battery and less storage and was laggier but didn't close apps or click things on its own. Switched to a Redmi 9C NFC though.
