Really is a good phone - no issues. Once you've updated to Kit Kat it works really well.
I've used it for 12 months and Had some issues when it was on older software (Pre KitKat) but none since updating. Good camera, Good battery. Dont' do a Lollipop update - it really buggers with the performance.

YES THERE ARE PROBLEMS...dometimes it won't dial, or it calls people all the time..ex at work my phone in my pocket i could hear my phone ringing and itbwas through speaker phone so i reached in closed all apps tured on lick screen put back I'm my back pocket and it did the same thing for over n hour. After the first call the screen lock was on and screen was asleep so I know my butt wasnt unlocking and dialing.
List of problems:
1wk of owning it i had to do .....2 factory resets
Baught 3 new memory cards all .....after a few days
.....it says they are broke
Not onebcustomerbservice/tech ..... knows how to fix it but they tell me i have to f****** reset my phone again or theres nothing more they can do....as if I don't know what I'm talki ng about......
Can't send or get anything other than regular text no attachments it's just says converting to multimedia and thinks and thinks....little blue swirly thing in corner of message.
texting ALWAYS PUTS DIFFERENT LETTERS than what I've pushed...does it even if I'm super slower and putting way to much effort into texting.
Screen does stick or is delayed
Changes my contacts (deletes) .....constantly
Settings change without
... me changing them
Yesterday it stop giving me ....my 3g network could even
....open the settings to ....maually connect to a WiFi ....signal.
I tried to return it the first week after doing resets but to tmobile said they wouldn't return my money or give me a replacement without me having to pay more money...it's not like I'm on a contract I pay them $40 monthly of which I'm not able to use with the phone they sold me.
Yes good buy but don't depend on it cause let me tell you get your leg cut off and you will bleed out before this phone will let you contact anyone for help.... >:(
I have owned this phone four months, never dropped it nothing.

SM-G360T (T-Mobile / Wal-Mart Family Mobile)
I just "upgraded" from an Alcatel One Touch.. I gained 4mb memory but here's what I lost:
√ No FM Radio (Even though specs say it has one)
√ No Compass
√ No OTG support (can't connect USB Mouse, Keyboard or Thumb drive)
√ No Wifi Connection Manager (can't manage/modify WIFI networks unless in range)
√ No LED Status Indicator
• I find the keyboard less accurate and receptive as other Android's I've owned. (no screen cover installed yet)
• Extra Samsung Bloatware on top of the Carrier's BS.
Basically, it's on par with most of Samsung's entry level Electronics; whether it be a phone, TV, or refrigerator... It's a polished turd.

I am on my third replacement phone. Two refurbished one brand new and they all have the same problems. you touch the screen and it sticks for a good three to five seconds before it goes. Sometimes I pick up the phone and it's on a screen I never opened. Working with a gps is worse. You never get directions on time. Don't waste your money. You get what you pay for. Apparently, this expensive phone is a "cheap" price. Shame.

The phone is very useful and good. It has a function called "Do Not Disturb". It is like a silent mode. I recommend you to buy this phone .

People likes to complain for no reason. This phone performs extremely well, very reliable, works well with all the programs and has a better than expected rear camera; in fact I think the camera is better than my Panasonic ZS40S camera with Leica lens (except that it does not have zoom and all the extra features). Slim, light, long battery life, really perfect for a straight man !

this type of phone sucks because it gets hot all the time and then out of nowhere it will turn off and will also freeze I recommend u to not buy this phone by any chance sucks really bad I prefer an iPhone but too poor to buy it.

Works fairly good in all respects but 1. Touch screen does not work most of the time with fingertip. Have to carry a stylus everywhere to get the touchscreen to work. A real headache!
