Anonymous, 31 Jan 2016im using core prime it have automatic touch problem and ... morei have the same problem . the phone goes crazy and types on it own. took it to Samsung got a new screen and back to square one.

By the way, the RADIO of this phone is so cool...all you need is to plug the earphone and it will scan all the available radio stations in your area and presto, you have a radio and you can also use the speaker phone and let everybody listen to the sounds.

It is said that this phone is 4G but, literally it is fake on the description. But the real thing is that It is only 3G mobile. I frost to buy this mobile. In the references this phone is always good for all other services..............#

i bought my samsung core prime before six months phone is good but now my touch is working automatically without touching the phone...also service centre is not giving me better service ...they always says that touch is not avalible and all that...i fed up with it

I pick up my phone sometimes and try to make a call and it's froze up..I'm 59 and have a lot of medical issues that could threaten my life. Hope I don't start having a heart attack and can't call 91l..Worst phone I've ever owned. It freezes up out of the blue on everything. Everyday I have to restart it or when it won't even let me do that I have to take out the battery and put it back in...I'll never buy another Samsung phone!

Please my g361h has network dropping problem..updates has been twice but still same problem..unless you turn off one sim it's cool..but i want to use both SIM..I need help. Thank u

I bought one last Dec 2015 and so far I am satisfied. Although I found out in the box that the unit I bought is written that it is meant only for Arabia and African countries use of which I don't know what it means. At first my roaming SIM card from the Philippines did not work out, only the Arabian SIM card but when I went for vacation in Manila, to my surprise my Philippine SIM card worked at all without any problem and even when I got back to Saudi Arabia my Philippine SIM card is still working with this unit. Well this is my first Samsung smartphone and honestly, I like it because it caters to my needs without any glitches. Also, I can change the ringtones and notification sounds from my 2 different SIM cards. Overall, this unit works for me satisfactory.

tis mob 1st 3months good ......but i am not satisfied.... tis mob always hanging .....tis s no good
