I've had the phone maybe 2mon. and I hate it ... Regardless if you move apps to the SD card ... to much background runs so phone runs slow ... the worst issue I have is that google play services pops up randomly at any given moment ...I broke the screen on mine so NO I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER >>> GETTING A DIFFERENT PHONE

Too many external interfaces such as sim card, sd card, network connection can also cause glitch and disrupt the device operating system.

I bought the Core Prime after asking the Verizon person what was comparable to the Stratosphere II (which they no longer make. A shame, because it was great). She suggested this.
The memory is HORRIBLE and I had to buy an SD card because of lousy memory. Battery life isn't so hot, either. I'm not a gamer, don't stream movies, etc, and yet, it is what it is. Wouldn't recommend.

Anonymous, 08 Dec 2015Replace it. My core prime works fine.Mine does the same thing, freezes all the time. They wouldn't let me replace it either. They said I could buy out the rest of what was owed on it and get a new phone was the best I could do. So for now I'm stuck with it

I can't keep any apps on the phone, the all have to be in the sd card or at least I have to move them to the sd card for every update or it won't have the space to download the system update. I've had to call and have them system restore my phone twice in 6 months due to update download issues

Excellent phone for it's price. I have no lag on this phone. Bought Core Prime VE 2 months ago. Autofocus is good, but camera quality can be better. Just don't install many apps like game boosters, ram cleaner etc. For me , phone works just fine. Always close recent apps and you'll be lag free. :))

Having problems signing into google on phone even though on iPad it's no problem and they saying I have right password , not first problem like this I have encountered seems to be an issue with anything that looks for a password and a confirmation always says they don't match

The worst phone I ever had! This IS the first review I've ever written about a product. I absolutely hate this phone and I'm going to call straight talk and let them know its the worst product they ever offered! There are so many things that this phone does not do that its too many to mention. One in particular, tapping the applications and having to tap them again several times to make the phone work. Very frustrating!

Few weeks ago i've install an app name_ "AppLock". ... moreyou can remove the application by resetting the phone to factory settings
first export all phone contacts to SD card and then remove the SD memory
card and SIM before resetting

when an incoming call comes the phone automatically mutes the ringing tone
the sound volume becomes zero and now i am missing a lot of calls
can anyone please let me know the solution?
i reset the phone to factory settings but still the problem remains, thanks !!

Few weeks ago i've install an app name_ "AppLock". Now i want to uninstall it, but unable to delete this creepy app.
So plz tell me how i able to demolish the app??
