If your phone have so much problems , i think that the phone is CLONED , cuz i have this phone and it works perfectly. You can try itwith the smart switch. Download it on the PC and connect it with the device. If it says "sm-g361h" the phone is original. If not the device is CLONED.Hope that will work. ;)

I am facing the problem while using internet
with 3G /2G network it automatically disconnet
the network for some time and then connect. and also i face a problem when playin games it just turn off it self and it does not apdate to lolipope 5.1.1 a little help please.

i am using this this phone from past 5 months, i am facing severe problems, phone gets hanged every time. cant even make calls. mute, speaker , bluetooth options comes automatically while making calls. Also phone gets heated up quickly
