I have noticed that my phone's battery backup is going on very poor in both condition 3G and non-3G...its battery is not able to standing 24 hours in non-3G..please someone helps me, what should i do?

To make SURE it is the network try to connect to the network using your sim in another phone. Problem follows sim > call provider. Problem follows handset > get it fixed ;-p

I just noticed a white dot spot in my phone screen after a month of using it. Could this be a factory defect? My friend says my phone is pixelated and the LCD must be changed. Can someone help me remedy this? I'm just worried that this is a brand new phone and how does this white dot spot pixilated area passed the quality control processes. My other friend says i have to replace the LCD because there is a possibility that the small white dot spot will get bigger as time goes by. Please help me.

Network problem!

Samsung must solve network signal issue of this phone. Network signal just frequently keeps dropping

I have a 5 month old Galaxy Core prime handset. It is no doubt a good budget phone. My question is since i use internet most of the time is it okay if it requires to charge everyday? And when 30% of charge are available is it okay if it takes almost 2:30 hours to charge else 3:00 hours to charge? Reply soon.

IT is a good phone,ihave been using this phone for 6 months but no issues.Only issue is network problem.
