Hiii.....its rly vry good fon....bt its only prblm is its bttry...bttry bckup is not so gud as i was thinking..but we can neglect this problm as the fon is rlly vry good....

firstly ..i was attracted to this..after borrowing ..i had used it for only two days..later it was fallen to a bucket which contain some water..when i hurriedly pick it up ..i see that the mobile had gone damage..on next day..i submitted it to samsung care at naharlagun,a.p.
after two days it was repair..but again on same day it was not working..i again submit it to samsung care
now..it has been 1 month and 6 day..till today i didnot get my handset...what wrong with samsung care services...so delays..

Hi all users. I want to buy this phone, but have a few crucial questions.
1. How good is the volume, is it as loud and good as a regular NOKIA or NOKIA ASHA phone. Volume both in ringing sound and while talking (without headset)
2. Is it easy to use, like Samsung S3, S4, Wave series?Eg. Can I put all apps in external memory instead of keeping in phone memory (Samsung Wave has this feature, but Redmi does not)
I need to buy for a person not savvy with complicated phones, and to use whatsapp, youtube etc. SO your help will be crucial.

hi, it is already stated that battery for this phone is non removable. also, on my experience, i had this new phone and in less than one week, my speaker stops working. i think the case of this phone is too much sensitive. replacement for this phone will take 2 - 3 weeks

Gotch, 06 May 2015Same case as yours, heat when charging. Even im not using i... moreGot this heating problem too. Yesterday I got an advice from a friend to update my E5. It worked for me, heating is minimal not like before and the battery doesn't drain fast when I'm not using it.

Hi All,
I bought this phone last month, and I must say its superb!!!...great design..sleek...super fast..and the experience is excellent. cam quality is good.. even the front cam is good, AUDIO on speaker is a little challenge but it provides great experience on headphones ! overall a good phone and its feather weight!
