Aryan, 16 Feb 2015it has a non removeable battery..so,if it get hanged or get... moreHangging issue can be resolved by long pressing the Power button, which will in turn cut the battery power temporarily & Phone can be started again. However hitting issue depends on the intensity on how hard you are going to hit it... But I don't think normal bumps will do any harm to it. Now a days every third smart phone & every slim phone(

and wh... more1. E5 is better than both A3 and even A5 - u can check speed testing videos on youtube which proves this
2. E5 has 2 sim card slots {both are NANO SIMS} (2nd sim slot is hybrid - either u can insert sim card or a micro SD memory card in that slot)
But this is a very useful feature.
I am using this phone for a week now, no problems while operating both sims, internal memory is also sufficiant - 16 GB for all our photos/videos/apps
