Very bad experience with its network problem. . I have continuously showing this issue to Samsung care and getting the same problem repeated over period of one month.. I m going to make a complaint in consumer court tdy

I dont know what happen to my Galaxy E5, It hanged last night and I did nothing for I thing it could be back to normal but then when I woke up and try to turn it on, there's nothing in the screen and when I charged it, still nothing. Just a black screen :(

I collected the previous official firmware for e5 in india and through odin i again installed the old one. Now phone is fine and everything is ok again. New firmware has security patch for january this is important. Otherwise all after effects are negetive. Ram reduced, performance reduced badly, camera sluggish, cannot install fonts, display got little fade. all are bad. Hope my this exp will help you all to make decision whether you load or not the new firmware.

i have Samsung galaxy E5 mobile, i have recently seen that my phone is not charging. it only stays 0% even if i don't unplug the charger all day, in addition to that it only works when i plug in the charger like Desktop. Although my phone doesn't have removable battery. so what is the solution?

After some times, this phone will become ugly becoz the silver color come off. And Now my e5 can't even get a signal. I cant receive text messages or calls, Is it because i updated it to lastest firmware? One time I dropped my phone to water but it survived, im worried if this will affect the phone? Sorry bad english.

The last 268 mb update was a disaster. Ruined all the goodness of the phone. I am planning to move back to the previous firmware. It reduces battery, RAM Camera performance, and overall slowing the phone. Please do not update at least with this firmware.

After third update of nearly 250 MB has fixed the problem ...now e5 is much more smoother than on kKitKat....iit's seriously silky smooth now....no lags and stutterness...
