how to do hard reset@robby.. go to settings. select backup and reset and then click on reset device.pls copy your important files to sd card before reseting.
another way to hard reset is to switch off ur phn and hold volumeup+ power button + home button for a few seconds. a small vibration happens and u can see option of wipe and factory reset please select it through power button, and again select "yes" in options . that's all..

AnonD-465567, 14 Nov 2015you have no problem in baterry life?No i don't have a battery problem, even i charged only once in a day. but i have faced battery problem for 3-4 days and then i do a factory reset my cell and even there is no problem till now. & of course its a good handsets by Samsung.

After i upgrade my e5 from kitkat 4.4.4 to lollipop 5.1.1 it upgraded itself...i just download the 802mb data for upgrade and after that it ask if you want to continue then i agree...it install by itself..upgrade the syste. And all the apps then wollah...it runs smooth... the ony problem ive got after the upgrade is the need to upgrade all the apps from play store...the playstore wont open...but ive remember after installing the upgrade it says there "it would take a couple of minute when opening the apps because it gathers data needed for the new version needed for the upgrade...then after that it all goes well....

After the update of my e5 from kitkat 4.4.4 to lollipop 5.1.1 i think its great...i love the new touches and improvements...the new feels...and the battery i think it last a little longer now..not easily drain after playing such hardcore games like asphalt 8..modern combat 5....dragonica... coc..... 5 star to me..

Im gonna share my experience about Samsung Galaxy E5. I've been using it since june 2015. And yeah Cameras are good (back and front), battery is pretty nice and ram is not bad also. I got pretty much lag when my device was in KiKat and since I upgraded it to Lollipop the lag is gone and pretty smooth. Even tho it doesnt have outdoor mode or whatever it called, i think thats not a big problem since it has AMOLED screen and about the themes Samsung probably still thinking about that. I mean we're already complaining about 800mb for the update and more themes will just make it bigger. They do it step by step, just wait because everything not as simple as it looks. I actually wanna tell more about my experience, but this already long review and hope this helping

The android lollipop update on this phone takes away the outdoor brightness mode. It also did not include the Smart manager app. I recommend not to update until 3 months after when a patch is given out. Everything else on this phone is super.Great battery life and performance. If I could buy it's bigger brother, the E7. I would not even be disappointed. Great phone for it's price. Cheers.
