So what I conclude is they know nothing.

Second thing, please try to understand that I am not complaining about hardware I am complaining about software updates.
First they promise them retreat. How Motorola can run 5.1.1 on same hardware? Does it means Samsung developers are not that capable?? Because you can't say that these sets of hardware won't support lollipop.
When I pay 22 thousands I want latest os. My 2 years old htc desire 500 has NFC, lightsenor and compass.why doesn't E7 has? Remember this phone was launched for 24000.

So its true that E7 will not get any update fo Lollipop such a shame for Samsung that its OS is only Kikkat which is very old and with this price so high Samsung could not even upgrade its OS to Lollipop...Then after 1 Month they will release another E-Series phone E8 so fast with a OS Lollipop for the replacement of this E7 with a OS Kitkat and uts such a shame that Samsung could not fixed this little problems like Software Update and luck of features for thier High End Phones which Motorola can provide to thier customers so my suggestioms go buy a Motorola phone instead of Samsung Phones.
Before my Name was Samsung 4 Life now I will change it to "SAMSUNG BYEBYE"

Samsung galaxy e7 review
The samsung galaxy e7 is the phone i chose to buy earlier this year simply because at the time it was the best option available to me
It had a micro sd slot which could be used for secondary sim. This eliminated many other phones i was checking out including htc desire phones and some lumias
It also had a big beautiful super amoled screen better than even some 1080p screens such as the sony xperia z
It had good selfie and back cameras infact the selfie cam is flagship worthy.
Similarly the e7 had very capable snapdragon 410 chipset which despite its lower midrange status is actually capable of any task that is done by higher end cpus
its well optimized software was another draw.... The phone never lags and has some well implemented stock apps and software features including the stock dialer gallery and music applications as well as features such as private mode, ultra power saving mode kids mode outdoor mode. Among others.
The phone also has an fm radio, a plus in my offline dominated world.
It has a huge battery that lasts about two days on medium usage
It also has a very affordable price tag of 250 dollars in kenya
Problems started after i bought the device becuase of the reasons stated above.. These are not in anyway a detrement to the use of the phone more like something you expect but you never get like buying a laptop and not getting a charger.
The first was the lack of many sensors such ambient light sensor gyroscope and compass imagine downloading a compass app to discover your phone is not supported or to discover you cant shoot photospheres simply because yoou dont have a gyroscope.. This was a rude suprise and i didnt like it but i managed to look beyond that and love the phone.
Secondly the lack of a screen mode setting like in the a5 or s6. Super amoled screens are punchy and saturated and to get no means of bringing the saturation down was a real deal breaker.
Finally major problem is software updates these phone launched in around february or march and with kitkat.. Sammy promised that lollipop will arrive in Q3. Well only the confirmation that it wont get lollipop arrived.these i believe is too much because i want to get what i paid for and if getting lollipop was what i was promised i am entitled to it.
These has made me really scared of either buying or recomending samsung phones and with the advent of xiaomi and motorolla in kenya i cannt think of any good reason to buy a samsung mid range smartphone. Compare the e7 with moto play mid range phone it has a complete set of sensors stereo speakers bigger battery timely update full hd screen( i still think super amoled is better than lcd though) better camerA and finally lower price
Samsung i started with the galaxy sL moved to pocket then to s3 and then to trend plus and am now with the e7 but this is where our relationship ends. I feel that you lack the ability to retain customers after they buy your devices. I will move to a motorolla phone most probably the moto x play. I hope that you will change your ways and become more reliable untill then not even the super amoled screen can make me love you again

Just 2 months later Samsung will launch anot... moree7 is a damn good device including the price also. if you called it crap iam quite sure actually you never used that product.... if you mean e7 go ahead buy it. if you want lolipop ohh yes you have many many choices. but after all samsung is samsung. i have used this handset last 1 week. no problem with kitkat. i know the configuration of hardware of this handset is midlevel . but above all its a superb . even its cam is better than sony m4 ,t3 moto also. if some one thinking to buy a under 20000k phone, just buy it. many peoples blamming about its battery life and lagging issues i can bet they are not that actual e7 users or they hve used some local china made duplicate handsets, this handset has no lagging or heating problem. mesmerizing cam it has both front and rear. lots of features just nfc is missed. well you got 2950 mah battery also comparing to a7 .. overall its pretty good... and obviously better than moto g3.

samsung plz i m requesting you joinin mah hnds its an huge req plz updte galaxy e7 at least in india... m a huge samsng fan i dnt wanna sell mah phn n buy sme othr brands phn so plz updte it wid lollipop ...u can thnk man who gonna buy dis phn wid kitkat os which is a really outdated os atleast updte it wid 5.0 ...plz samsung othrwise m nt gonna buy a smsung phn again n nt only me many othrs also won't
