I cannot see LTE/CDMA/GSM option in d settings of my e7. Perhaps that's why I'm unable to use 4G. Is there any way to get that option ? I can see CDMA/GSM (Auto) option.

To all of you asking me how iam using 4g. My model is galaxy e7 (e700f) . Iam using jio sim in slot 1. In Mobile networks i selected lte/wcdma/gsm in sim1. In sim card manager option ive selected data service network in sim1. The main thing is that my phone is not purchased from india. Its from gulf.

E7 and all other devices who has inbuilt battery are giving problems and need reboot frequently.
Dont go with this device.

That model is good but there 2 problem 1st one is the 4G not support and 2nd one is OTG not support otherwise this is good if that two things support then i thing that E7 is the best model

Samsung E7 and Other Inbuilt Battery phones worst my E7 battery got Problem I went replace with new one Sumsung Service said it 2000/- But if during replace battery is diplay gets damage its customer responcibilty and new display cost is 7500/- means only to replace battery its 10000/- very bad dont buy samsung phones
