4g 3g are based on hardware which handset is using it can't be changed by software
The slot which we use for sim should have capacity to support 4g.It is not in e7.Only few versions in e7 supports 4g,it's just like a radio chip.So it can't be adjusted by software update hope u understood.

guys we all should do some type of complaints due to which we may receive 4g update for samsung galaxy e7 E700H model( indian models) offcourse we are not fools to purchase phone which costs around 20k and we dont get 4g at this price so guys plz request for 4g upgrade for existing phones

Friends from my personal opinion dont go for any samsung phones. I was using samsung e700h but it is not 4g and price to high compared to other devices.
no 4g supports
no otg supports
update is always slow or not upgraded
but one thing i will say it is not having hanging problem
