After i updated my phone, volume up and down keys not working. When i reset my phone it works fine but after a week same prbm. Is it a Hardware problem or software problem?? Help me out please!!

j7=5.1.1+13Px+1.5gbram+16gb.++ 171 weight
E7=Now=5.1.1+13PX+2gbram+16gb.++ 141 weight. like also (iphone 6s=141 weight..)Galaxy E7 Best..

i used this phone from 4 months and its a great phone. Working 100% good.

I think thr is no big difrnce in both e7 n j7, but price difrnc is thr,
E7 has betr 2gb ram while j7 has 1.5gb ram, e7 has lights on bck n home butons which j7 lacks, e7 is also li8 weight,
But on the othr hand j7 has removble btry whch e7 dosnt, j7 has big btry 3000mah n e7 has 2950mah, js has frnt flash whch e7 lacks, j7 has latest OS lolipop which e7 lacks, j7 has betr processor, also j7 is cheaper in price and the latest model too, if we look at the spec n price, i think j7 has slightly edge over e7.
