Then why there's no update for lollipop version for this device? like WTF. stop making a lot of model at the same time if samsung can't handle to give udpate to all of its devices.

protection is Gorilla glass 4 but the display & the glass gets break so easily, even with the temper glass... and the repairing cost is too high...approx. rs. 8600-/
I broke my e7 twice and my repairing cost is almost the original price for new E7 phone.
as a student it is so heart aching to spend so much fo repairments.

I love samsung but my E7 is the worst phone I have ever used..I just bought it few months back and it's motherboard has complaint and camera sucks to the extreme core..white lines are coming over the images.For motherboard thing I contacted the customer care of Samsung and they dont give any updates until now and I'm still waiting for em to repair my cell.And its lollipop update sucks.

don't update the lollipop version in your phone. it will drain your phone battery faster..
there are some lack issues.
