This is my new handset I bought from Snapdeal 15 days ago, no issue but one major problem is there that after charge the battary fully after 20-30 min without using 80% showing so being a reputed company samsung should not give such poor battary service.

Worst phone ever. Samsung' service will make you sick.
I bought this phone and within 20 days its not switching on. (All I did was a 20 min call. Don't even played a game in that).
When I give it to the service center they told that the power unit is gone and need to replace the mother board. Since it don't have international warranty I need to pay for that.
So I get that phone and gave it to samsung service center in the country where I bought it. What happened there is, since the phone is already opened in another service center its warranty is void and they will not replace the motherboard.
Samsung just screwed me. I wont buy any samsung product in my life.

Samsung E7 was bought by me on 19th Sept. It stopped working from 5th Nov.Not even 75 days. When given to Samsung Service they said mother board gone and was made to wait. I have still not got the phone back. This phone is useless. Don't buy it. It is a complete rip off

I can't play high graphic mode of asphalt 8 on my galaxy e7. Is anybody facing the same problem? For me it supports but there is no option for me to change the graphic into high or very high.. it lessen the game quality... Please help me out...

Mila, 04 Nov 2015Please, please, help me which phone to buy E7 or J7 and why... moreHey.. i Have E7 for 8 months now The phone is amazing the battery at least stay for a day in the normal use and when you use it in High quality Games-Facebook-WhatsApp it lasts about 14 hours the camera is awesome but when you use the flash it takes about 5-6 seconds to capture other than that it is great. Go for it ;)
