The specs are not quite correct, based on my hands-on experience (I own one).
The device accepts standard (mini) SIM cards, not micro.
Also, the dual-band Wifi is not supported. Only the 2.4 GHz range works, so it's b/g/n, not a/b/g/n.

T-Mobile is a carrier aka network service provider in USA. Like Airtel in India.

I'm new to this type of phone, I'm a senior citizen and have been using an 8 yr old phone. This was easy to learn and easy to use. The sound id also OK. The only prob is not being able to see the screen in the sunlight !

Went to T-Mobile today, saw it, only comes with 1.3Gb of useable memory. Which is wayyyyy to low even for a basic user. And only some apps can be put on the memory chip. It looks much better online than it does in person. I would prefer the S3 mini or even wait on the S4 mini

kenny, 31 May 2013is it just launching phone every second that matters or giv... morei agree and make it easier for seniors to use and upgrade the sound instead of something else on the phones that use don't use very often i got the new samt599 galaxy exhibit pebble phone yesterday and i can barely here it ring and it's up as high as it will go and i'm not hard of hearing. think people think of others

Since it only comes with 4 gb internal memory, how much of it is actually usable? Can you also install apps to the external SD card?
Trying to decide if I should get this or the Samsung Galaxy s3 Mini International version.

is it just launching phone every second that matters or giving the people what they want that matters? Because Samsung is just busy launching phone per second to the point that all phones are almost thesame. It is all about flooding the market with phones that matters, i think Samsung should sit down and think about what costumers want.

Many people are not new to Samsung nowadays whose good reputation at making good phones is now well beyond doubt. My only query remains in the styling department, there are so many of them Samsung smartphones, and they're all beginning to look so much alike, truly hard hard to set them apart in looks. Maybe it's high time now for some fresh new design.

I hope that tmobile sells this at Walmart. I like the phone and have been waiting for it since the rumors came out about it. I have a galaxy s blaze now as backup but am going to sell it overseas. I got it as a upgrade on my father's line for very little. Just wish I could legally unlock it in the states. Have to unlock it overseas when it leaves the country.

producing this phone is a good step for samsung.This will probably be far cheaper from other smartphones of samsung.It will hold a lot of customers.But the design of this phone is very odd.It could be more thinner & square shape.
